Process

Communication is the key. From initial meeting to final delivery, we aim to provide clear, well considered information. Our service is highly professional and always delivered with a personal touch.

A fee proportional to the complexity of the project is agreed upon at the outset of a commission. This fee takes the design to a specified stage of development and includes an estimate of price and a timeframe. Further development of the design is charged at an hourly rate.

Following design approval a detailed quotation is provided. Once the design and price are approved a deposit is required to place the order.

Construction of a typical piece of furniture will take between eight and twelve weeks. The balance of payment is due upon delivery.
